..with the car. I'm not sure what the exact dimensions of the stock exhaust piping is on the dps or the midpipes (I believe its something like 2 1/8"). Anyway, from what I've read, getting the split downpipes and 2 1/2" testpipes (instead of gutting all the cats) will free up a little more hp on a stage III car. If you plan on upgrading the turbos or running higher boost levels, say maybe 15psi and higher, Then the tp and dp are a must. However, gutting is free, accept for your time =) =) P.S. We've got emissions to pass here, and I'm still going catless within the next three months or so. The way I see it, if an eighteen wheeler can blow who knows what into the air, then why can't my Z go without catalytic converters.
